We offer worldwide free shipping.

Adding Names & Numbers
My delivery hasn't arrived yet
If your order hasnβt arrived by the expected delivery date,Β contact usΒ and weβll see whatβs going on.
If youβve ordered during one of our sales it gets pretty busy, so your delivery might take a little longer to get to you.
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?
If you think you might not be in when your order is delivered, youβve got two choices:
- You can choose beforehand to have your order delivered to another address
- You can ask the delivery driver to leave it somewhere safe if youβre not there
To change your delivery address, simply enter the new address before you complete checkout β such as your work address, or a friendβs house.
To leave delivery instructions in case youβre not in, just complete the optional βAdd delivery instructionsβ box in the Delivery Options section at checkout. You can say things like βleave it in the shedβ or βleave it with my neighbour at number 12β.
To make things easy, you can store several different delivery addresses in My Account. Just make sure you select the right one when youβre checking out.
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes. Just make sure that thereβs someone there who can accept the delivery for you β the couriers deliver to the address and not to the person.Β
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed an order?
You canβt change your delivery address for an order youβve already made. Thatβs why we advise you to regularly make sure that all your address details are up-to-date.
If you change your delivery address in My AccountΒ afterΒ youβve made an order, your new address wonβt apply until yourΒ nextΒ order.
What happens to my delivery times on public holidays?
Your delivery times are given in working days (Mon-Fri). Public holidays arenβt counted as working days, so youβll need to add an extra day to your estimated delivery times.
